"Ging"
Hi, my name is Ginger. I was born in 2003. I’m one of the tiny horses. Believe it or not, I’m really a horse. I’m called a miniature horse and I stand a staggering 32 inches tall. I’m a chestnut mare (female). Don’t worry, I make up for my size with my personality and cuteness.
My role in the therapeutic program is mainly unmounted equine activities. I help people who come to the farm, who are afraid of horses because nobody can refuse my sweetness. People love to groom me, especially since I’m so calm and gentle, and my small steps make it easy for people to learn how to lead a horse.
Did I mention I have a side-career in a band? Along with Bubba and Peanut Butter, we call ourselves “GINGER AND THE GOATS” (because that’s what they are).Jackie is our agent, who is always looking out for our next gig.
We hope our gig continues here at Hope Rising Farm for many years to come.
